The juices of fresh seasonal fruits blended together to infuse the  zesty flavours of the fruit cocktail

Ingredients

  • 40ml guava juice
  • 40ml pineapple
  • 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 10ml rose syrup
  • 5 ice cubes
  • Slices of lemon as garnishing

Method

  1. In a blender add the guava, pineapple and lemon juice.
  2. Blend the juices together. Add in the rose syrup and blend.
  3. Ensure that the fresh juices are evenly blended.
  4. Mix in the ice cubes.
  5.  Garnish with lemon slices.
  6.  Serve the beverage chilled.
