Prepare a presentation entitled: Our Organisation: Now & 10 Years from Now – research & presentation should at least include the following elements:
Company history & current structure and strategy;
Predicted industry, technology, leadership & business trends that might impact the organisation in the next 5-10 years.
What & how the participant will develop skills & attributes to being the ‘candidate of choice’ for relevant future roles.
Research 3 leaders who (1) changed the face of leadership, (2) changed the way we do business and (3) changed the world. Prepare a presentation based on your research - include a section describing how you will develop your leadership & success skills based on this learning.
